TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When buying at Vanessa Rosa UK  you automatically accept and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions listed here.

1. Orders

Orders can be placed via our website only www.vanessarosauk.com

2. PRICES

Our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and we can change them without previous notification.

3. DELIVERY

We’ll use Royal Mail to delivery your order.

The delivery time is 3-4 working days after the day you did your order.

4. VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS

In case of bank holidays and time off:

Bank holidays on Fridays: We will receive orders until the Wednesday before the bank holiday, until 9pm. We will return to work on Monday as usual.

Bank holidays on Mondays: We will receive orders until the Thursday before the bank holiday, until 9pm. We will return to work on Tuesday.

In case of any incident or illness, we will let you know, via our website, the period when we will be closed.

5. COMPLAINTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Vanessa Rosa UK wants every client to be 100% happy.

If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution.  

We will always ask you to send us a photo of the product, to help us understand the problem. If necessary, we’ll ask you send the product back for validation. At this case we’ll refund you the Royal Mail price.

We promise that if your complaint meets the correct criteria we will offer you a refund, without the delivery rate; or if you prefer, we can send you a new product.

You’ll have until 30 days to complain about a product quality or wrong size. We just ask you to contact us by email or WhatsApp and we’ll guide you in all process for devolution / change our refund.

In case of a refund, we will use the same method of payment you used (credit card or PayPal).

If for any reason we have to cancel the purchase, we will contact you to refund the payment using the same method of payment you used (credit card or PayPal).

6. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Vanessa Rosa UK reserves the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. All information about promotions will be available on the website, stating the period when it will be valid.

All promotion codes are valid during the dates specified on our website.

7. CHANGES IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
